The Botanical Gardens are looking a little more exotic these days.
The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Society have announced two new exhibits: an Asian Rainforest and an Aquatic Garden.
Both the Asian Rainforest and Aquatic Garden will feature some of the most rare and exotic plants from around the world. Visitors are treated to a family of koi fish that will swim beneath a new bridge, the world's rarest palm tree and bamboo of every color.
The Society has been collecting plants and creating designs for the Asian Rainforest. The greenhouses have been closed since April of 2015.
An Exhibit Opening Party is scheduled for Saturday, between 10am and 5pm. The party is free to the public.
