Well here we are in the middle of that week between Christmas and the New Year. I can't believe another year has come and gone! It seems the older you get the quicker time takes off!
Once again this year we will be downtown for the big "New Years Ball Drop & Fireworks Display". WKBW-TV has taken part in this event now for 23 years, and I've been at every one of them. Some years we lucked out and had temperatures in the 60's, but more often than not it's been down in the teens. The one night a year i never leave for work without my long underwear on!
Here's hoping you can all join us to welcome in 2011, if not in person then sit back and enjoy our show along with Dick Clark's Rockin New Years Eve.
