Can you believe this weather? Coldest weekend I can remember in a long time. I never left the house, except to crank up the snow blower and get the driveway cleaned out. Thank goodness I bought those new long johns last week! Thank goodness for the BonTon and all those discount coupons! Do I sound cheap?
Anyway, you could tell we were having cold winter weather. When I was outside, it was so quiet. No one wanted to be outside! Great weekend to watch some football and stay by the fire.
Actually, had I known that Jimmy Webb was in town at the Tralf on Saturday night, I would have made the trip downtown for the show. One of the greatest song writer's of all time. In my opinion anyway.
