Well everyone, the big snow ended up all on my doorstep-literally! In South Cheektowaga, the snow started and never stopped for two days leaving a whopping 3ft. or more on our driveways, streets and yards. Can I tell you how glad I am we put our holiday lights up a week ago?
The biggest problem was where Bernie was going to "go" so to speak. We had a four foot drift outside our patio door that had to be shoveled out last night. At least now, he can turn around and come back inside..yesterday..well, let's put it this way, I had never seen a dog "back up!"
Anyway, the bottom line is that-it's ok. It's December, we're hardy folk and like I said on the show today, as long as the pizza guy can get to the front door, it's all good.
Of course it would be another story if I were one of those poor souls stranded on the Thruway for 22 hours! Good luck this weekend and GO BILLS! ..Linda P.
