Coming soon to Orleans County: big game hunting.
Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill into law clearing the way for big game hunting in the county between November 15th and December 7th.
The move puts Orleans County on par with every other hunting county in the state.
Hunters will be able to use shotguns, pistols, rifles, crossbows and longbows in hunting approved areas during this time.
