Deputies from the Genesee County Sheriff's Office arrested a 24-year-old Colin Wickings of Bergen Thursday.
He's charged with sexual abuse in the first degree after allegedly having sexual contact with a six-year-old.
On behalf of the victim, an order of protection is in place, according to officials.
Wickings was arraigned in Town of Stafford Court and released under the supervision of supervision of Genesee justice.
He's set to reappear in court at a later date.
