Amherst Police are investigating a four-vehicle accident that happened at the intersection of Main Street and Eggert Road.
Police say they responded at approximately 8:02 a.m. Friday morning.
One vehicle involved had a 13-year-old passenger and a 5-year-old passenger.
Both were transported to Women and Children's Hospital with head and back injuries, according to officials.
The Eggertsville Fire Department and Twin City Ambulance assisted at the scene.
