State Police have updated Eyewitness News on the tractor-trailer accident on the I-90, Thursday in the Town of Stafford.
William Frank, 46 of Alden drove off the right shoulder of the roadway into a heavily wooded area, where he was ejected from and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Frank was traveling westbound on I-90. The accident occurred near exit 47 and 48.
The state's Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit is investigating the accident.
No other vehicles were involved.
