According to New York State Police, an Albion correction officer has been charged with official misconduct after having an "unlawful personal relationship" with an inmate.
On November 20th, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested 33-year-old Daijon Talford following an investigation into a personal relationship with an inmate while employed as a correction officer at the Albion Correctional Facility.
Talford was issued an appearance ticket to return to Town of Albion Court on December 5th.
