The lawyer for the woman accused of killing a Western New York mom on her lunch break refuses to enter plea.
Holly Colino is now facing nine felony charges in connection to murder of 33-year-old Megan Dix.
Colino was arraigned Wednesday morning. The court entering not guilty pleas on her behalf.
Her lawyer refused to enter a plea as the plan is to push for Colino's mental health to be part of defense.
