Wyoming County Sheriff Drug Task Force Make Five Arrests

WYOMING COUNTY, NY (Release) - Wyoming County Drug Task Force Arrests:

Derrick Totsline, of Route 19 in Caneadea, age 25, was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (Class “B” Felonies) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class “B” Felonies) after he allegedly sold Morphine pills to undercover agents in March of 2012 in Pike and Gainesville. Totsline was picked up on 11/14/12 and is currently out on bail.

Adam Allen, of Fisher Road, Warsaw, age 30, was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana (Class “E” Felony), after the execution of a search warrant at the defendant’s home back in July of 2012. During the execution of the warrant officers located over half a pound of Marijuana along with other drug paraphernalia. Allen was arrested on 11/14/12 and is currently out on bail.

Adam Killingbeck, of Savage Road, Sardinia, age 22, was charged with Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 3rd
degree (Class “E” Felony) and unlawful possession of Marijuana. Killingbeck allegedly sold Marijuana to an
undercover agent in June 2012 in the Town of Arcade.

Caleb Bell, of Hermitage Road, Warsaw, age 30, was charged with Unlawful Growing of Cannabis and unlawful possession of Marijuana after members of the task force executed a search warrant on his residence in November of 2012. He was issued appearance tickets and was released.

Brady Williams, of Cooley Road, Bliss, age 42, was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (Class “B” Felony) after he allegedly sold Methadone to an undercover agent in July of 2012 in Bliss. He was picked up on 12/21/12 and he is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
