Police are investigating a shooting in the 300 Block of Breckenridge Street early this morning, which involved a 53-year-old woman.
Police responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 2:10 a.m. Officers say it appears a house was struck by gun fire.
Then, when the woman living at that address opened the door, police noticed she had been shot.
She was transported to ECMC where she was treated and released.
Police say the suspect is a light skin, possible Hispanic male, wearing dark clothing.
