Warsaw, N.Y. – ( 13wham.com )A 47-year-old Cowlesville woman was caught passing a suspicious substance to her stepson at the County Courthouse, according to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
When Roxanne Bressette visited her stepson Wednesday; there was a three-foot high wooden partition between them. They were told they could speak, but physical contact was not allowed.
In spite of this, Bressette was seen passing photos to Aaron Bressette, to which cellophane was attached. In the cellophane: a green substance which appeared to be K-2, a type of synthetic marijuana.
She was charged with promoting prison contraband, and scheduled to appear in Warsaw Village Court on March 12.
The investigation is continuing. More charges could be filed.
