ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WKBW) - An Orchard Park woman was arrested today after she was accused of tampering with her infant son's food source in April.
Police in Orchard Park arrested 36-year-old Kimberly Lawton near her Glendale Terrace home after they say she mixed her infant son's breast milk with ethanol.
Lawton was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempted felony assault.
Lawton was arraigned in Town of Orchard Park Court, and was remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $50,000 bail.
A felony hearing is scheduled for next Tuesday.
