PEMBROKE, NY (WKBW) - She's a former teenage beauty queen from Amherst whose parents buy her a Christmas present every day of the year.
You may remember Alicia Guastaferro when she starred in an eye-rolling episode of ABC-TV's Wife Swap in 2008. She was 16-years-old at the time.
Now, all grown up, Guastaferro, 20, of Williamsville, has apparently developed some nasty habits: underage drinking, prescription drug abuse and prostitution, according to police.
Guastaferro was arrested early Tuesday morning on the New York State Thruway.
State Troopers said she was in a car at the Pembroke rest stop with prominent Rochester attorney James Doyle, 54.
Guastaferro allegedly confessed to having sex with Doyle "twice a month for $500 to $700 per night," according to the police report obtained by Eyewitness News.
"He pays me in the morning," she allegedly told Troopers.
Guastaferro is charged with Criminal Impersonation, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Prostitution.
Doyle, who refused a sobriety test, is charged with DWI, Providing Alcohol to a Person Under 21 and Patronizing a Prostitute.
Doyle said he was innocent when he was interviewed later in the day.
"Those are lurid, salacious and absolutely incorrect allegations," he said.
