GENESEE COUNTY, NY ( WKBW ) A teenager is pulled from the rocks of a Genesee County waterfall after falling more than twenty feet.

Sheriff's deputies say 17 year old Courtney McCorry of Spencerport was using a tree branch to steady herself on some rocks after swimming with friends at Indian Falls Friday.

The branch apparently snapped, sending her plunging onto rocks at the bottom of the falls.

McCorry was pulled out of the Tonawanda Creek by first responders who rushed her by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial hospital with injuries to her head, shoulder, ankle, and wrist.

McCorry is expected to make a full recovery.
