Wanted Man Caught in the Town of Poland

As the investigation into the Victor Angueira Heroin distribution organization continues, it has been determined that one of the individuals initially arrested during the course of a vehicle stop on I-86 in the Town of Poland had given false identification and is wanted in a U.S. territory. Through the United States Marshal’s Office, Buffalo, NY,. it has been determined that the subject who identified himself as Jayson RODRIGUEZ-IRIZARRY, age 25 of 45 Park St. Ashfort, CT., is actually Jonathan HERNANDEZ-RUIZ. Jonathan HERNANDEZ-RUIZ is wanted on an outstanding homicide charge from an incident in December of 2010 in Puerto Rico. He will be extradited to Puerto Rico by the U.S. Marshal’s Office. The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, City of Jamestown Police Department and the City of Dunkirk Police Department.
