BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) Voters have made up their minds. Most of them anyway.

With President Obama and Governor Romney in a virtual dead heat in recent polls, voters say the final debate of the season did not have much of an impact.

Voters said that is because the debate's topic was foreign policy.

"They barely talked about foreign policy," said Jim Milles, an Obama supporter. "They keep coming back to things they're more comfortable with."

Republicans say Romney more than held his own in the final debate.

"I think they're both just trying to not gaffe and to show that they are leadership-like and good leaders - I think both of them have been able to do that so far and we'll see how the public feels," said Brian Boreanaz.

With just about two weeks to go before Election Day, the final decision will come down to one thing, said Eyewitness News Political Analyst Bob Davis.

"This race, in my opinion, is about economy and jobs. This is a very important debate tonight, no question about it, foreign policy -- but at the end of the day this race is coming down to jobs and the economy," Davis said.
