TOWN OF HAMBURG, N.Y. -- He's a ventriloquist and much more...and he brought his cast of characters to the Erie County Fair Tuesday night. Terry Fator is a Vegas headliner and a man of many, many voices. Channel Seven's Mike Randall was on the main stage at the Erie County Fair to introduce ventriloquist, impressionist and singer Terry Fator. Fator grabbed the judge's attention and tickled the nation's funny bone in 2007 when he won America's Got Talent.

It was a puppet friendly edition of Eyewitness News this morning, as the Las Vegas headliner and his turtle friend Winston stopped in for a visit. His passion for puppets started when he was ten years old. "Never no...being into puppets was never awkward. I'm 46 years old..and puppets are just as much fun as when I was five. I think it's a timeless thing...yea, I'm timeless...I haven't really brings out the child in all of us," Fator said.

Usually, Fator spends his time performing five nights a week at the Mirage Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
