According to the New York Times, data released by the U.S. Department of Labor on Friday shows that the nation's unemployment rate fell to 8.6 percent in November -- the lowest mark in more than two years.
The unemployment rate had been between 9 and 9.2 percent from April through October, according to the Labor Department report. Employers added 120,000 jobs during the November, according to the report.
