(Buffalo, NY - WKBW) Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports there was a serious injury crash on Genesee Street near Crittenden in Alden last night.
Nineteen year old, Steven M. Moser of Pembroke was traveling westbound on Genesee Street attempting to pass another vehicle when he collided with a motorcycle operated by forty four year old, Brian T. Rosenberg of Lockport. Both operators were transported to ECMC by Mercy Flight. Rosenberg was listed in stable condition in the Emergency Room after surgery for serious injuries to his leg. Moser was treated for minor injuries.
The crash was investigated by Deputies Brandon Stott, Simon Biegasiewicz and Traffic Bureau Investigator Joe Raczynski. The investigation is continuing and charges are pending
