Two Buffalo Men Arrested in Burglary Investigation

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WKBW release) -- The Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested a pair of Buffalo men Tuesday morning after they allegedly broke into the garage of a residence on Crittenden Road in the Town of Newstead.

Rockie Jones, 27, and Joshua Kinter, 28, were taken into custody after the Erie County Sheriff's received a call from the owner of the residence stating that he had found two men inside his garage.

According to police, the two men fled into a field behind the house, where they were eventually apprehended.

Jones and Kinter have each been charged with misdemeanor counts of Criminal Trespass in the third degree and Possession of Burglar's Tools. Police said the investigation is ongoing and that additional charges are anticipated.

According to police, Kinter is also wanted on a warrant in Ohio, and Jones is wanted on a Family Court Warrant in Erie County.
