(ALEUTIAN ISLANDS, AK) - A 7.1 magnitude earthquake rocked the Aleutian Islands, which are just off the coast of Alaska, around 6:55 this morning.
Now, a tsunami warning is in place for the same region.
ABC News is reporting the epicenter was 120 miles Atka, Alaska and roughly 6 miles deep.
There are no reports of damage or injuries in the sparsely populated area.
