Buffalo, N.Y. ( WKBW release) -- A tractor trailer rollover on the I-90 Eastbound ramp at Exit 53 (I-190) had the right lane blocked, and caused traffic troubles Monday afternoon.

On Tuesday, authorities announced that the driver, 29-year-old Parminder Sran, was issued a traffic ticket for speed not reasonable and prudent. The charge is returnable to the Town of Cheektowaga court.

Here is an account of what took place from law enforcement:

At approximately 2:46pm, a tractor-trailer hauling automotive parts was exiting I-90 eastbound and entering I-190 northbound.

While on the top of the tri-level the vehicle’s trailer began to sway due to the vehicle’s speed as it rounded the curve.

The trailer hit the guide rail on the side of the elevated roadway and rolled over the guide rail. As the trailer swung down it pulled the tractor causing it to roll over. The trailer then fell from the elevated roadway to the ground below.

There were no injuries and the only lane blockage was due to the rolled over tractor on the ramp. None of the trailer or debris landed on a roadway below the ramp.

There were no injuries associated with this accident.
