TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WKBW) - Town of Tonawanda Police say accusations made by owner of Ying's Wings and Things, Jimmy ying, are "ridiculous" and "not true.

One man was injured after a shooting early Sunday morning at the establishment on Eggert Road in Tonawanda.

Ying says officials were targeting his business because of the ethnicity of many of the employees and customers. Also, he claims police used racial slurs once they arrived on the scene.

This is the second time Town of Tonawanda Police have been accused of racial profiling in the past month.

Two weeks ago, a man says he was questioned by police because he was seen leaving a bank and running to catch a bus.
