AKRON, NY (WKBW/Town of Clarence Press Release) - Town of Clarence Supervisor David C. Hartzell Jr. was riding a bike in Akron on August 19th, and was hit by a car.
Town of Clarence spokesperson says Hartzell is not seriously injured.
He is at Millard Suburban Hospital undergoing tests and expects to be released today.
