BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) -- A Tonawanda man was arrested on multiple drug charges.
U.S. Attorney William Hochul announced today that 32-year-old Peter Militello was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of heroin and crack cocaine.
Attorneys say Militello sold heroin and crack cocaine on several occasions in the City of Buffalo. The complaint says on February 25th, officers searched a room at a hotel on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst where Militello was staying. Inside, officers recovered crack cocaine and other drug paraphernalia.
If convicted, Militello faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a fine of $1,000,000 or both.
