BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Three people were arrested on multiple narcotics charges Wednesday night.

Erie County Sheriffs say after executing a search warrant, 28-year-old Roshann Carpenter, 22-year-old Rafeal Martin, and 22-year-old Annestazia Legrand, were all arrested following the month long investigation.

Authorities seized cocaine from their Tonawanda Street apartment with a street value of $4,000. Police believe it was bought and sold in the Town of Grand Island as well as other areas outside the City of Buffalo.

All three were charged with criminal possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell, and possession of more than one half ounce of crack cocaine.

They were charged also with two misdemeanors of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. All three were taken to the Erie County Holding Center to await arraignment in Buffalo City court.
