Thirty-Year Mortgage Rates Hit All-Time Low

There's good news for homebuyers these days.

Interest rates on 30-year fixed mortgages dropped below four percent for the first time, representing an all-time low, according to a story on CNN.com.

The average interest rate for a 15-year fixed mortgage also dropped to a record low of 3.26 percent, according to the report.
