BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Buffalo Bills CEO Russ Brandon has joined the team near Pittsburgh, where players are taking part in a joint practice this week with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Brandon spent the week participating in meetings with potential team owners.
The trust in charge of the team has met with Donald Trump, a group of investors led by Jon Bon Jovi and Sabres owners Terry and Kim Pegula.
The Buffalo News says Pegula, a fan favorite, met with the team on Thursday.
Sources said the next round of bidding is expected to wrap up by the end of August. The hope is a new owner will be identified in time for approval by NFL owners at their meeting in October.
