East Aurora, N.Y. (WKBW) - It's located in the quaint town of East Aurora but Explore and More Children's Museum will take you all over the world.

"It's absolutely a great place to bring kids when there is a vacation from school. There is tons to do for kids of all ages," Mom Robin Jovick said.

Robin Jovick and her boys visit the museum every Wednesday and they say the kids pile in, learning about everything from types of music and food to construction.

"It's both education and fun for the kids," Jovick said.

Jennifer Fee with the Museum said there are many extra special events for next week when many local students are on their winter break. She said the activities are fun for the entire family.

"So many great family activities to do and it's from 11 to 3 every day. It's just packed with things for parents and kids to do," Fee said.

The museum is getting so popular with local children they are planning to expand, heading to the Buffalo waterfront.

"We're in the planning phase and getting so much great input from the community about the waterfront. We are set to open at Canalside in May of 2016. It's really fun putting ideas together for a museum that is for all of Western New York," Fee said.

In the meantime, they have a lot to do for the students that are saying goodbye to the classroom for a week or so, looking for something to Explore and more.
