A new study named the 10 metropolitan areas with the most traffic congestion in the U.S., according to a USA Today story.
Topping the list, according to the report from the Texas Transportation Institute, is Washington D.C. According to the report, traffic congestion cost commuters about $750 apiece in time and fuel costs over the course of a years.
Chicago ranked No. 2, followed by Los Angeles, Houston and New York, according to the story.
