Team USA beats Sweden, Captures Bronze

Buffalo (WKBW.com) The United States knocked off Sweden 4-2 on Wednesday to claim the bronze medal at the World Junior Hockey Championship. It marks the first time in team history that the United States has claimed a medal in back-to-back junior tournaments.



Chris Krieder led the way for the Americans with two goals. Goaltender Jack Campbell had 34 saves for Team USA in the victory.
Drew Shore and Nick Bjugstad also scored for the United States in a game that was tied at 1 entering the third period.
