Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW release) -- The Buffalo Bisons, Buffalo Police Benevolent Association and Buffalo Charities are teaming up to host the Team Gary Bisons Benefit Bash during Thursday night's Bisons game against the Lehigh Valley at Coca-Cola Field.

Proceeds of ticket sales and ballpark raffles will assist in the recovery of Buffalo Police Officer Gary Sengbusch, who was critically injured by an alleged drunk driver on February 25.

The Team Gary Bisons Benefit Bash will begin two hours before the 7:05 p.m. scheduled first pitch with a special Open Pavilion Party in Coca-Cola Field’s center field party area.

Buffalo’s own Strictly Hip will perform a pre-game concert and fans will be able to enjoy food and drink specials. After the game, fans will be treated to a spectacular fireworks show.

There will also be a Split-Club Raffle as well as raffles for such prizes as a 46-inch flat screen TV donated and autographed by Jay Leno, autographed jerseys from Derek Jeter and Carl Yastrzemski, an autographed goalie stick from Ryan Miller as well as great prizes from the Buffalo Bisons and New York Mets.

Liberty Cab will also provide free cab rides home from Coca-Cola Field for anyone in attendance that night.

Tickets start at only $8.50 and can still be purchased at www.teamgary.org or at the Coca-Cola Field Box Office.
