Suspended License and Still Driving 131 Miles an Hour!

On August 10th, 2011, Trooper KEVIN WOZNIAK pulled over a motorcycle on I-86 in the Town of Poland for traveling 131 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Investigation revealed that the driver, JAMES JOHNSON, 22, of Jamestown, was operating without a motorcycle license, and with multiple suspensions on his non-driver ID card. JOHNSON was placed under arrest for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree and transported to the Town of Poland Court, where he was arraigned and released after posting cash bail.
