Suspect Sought In Orchard Park Armed Robbery

ORCHARD PARK, NY ( release/WKBW) The Orchard Park Police department is investigating a strong armed robbery that occurred at the Stadium Mobil 3856 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY on 9/3/11 at approximately 10:06 PM.

The cashier reported that the perpetrator entered the store and went directly to the register while she and another employee were in the back of the store.

As the employees went to the front of the store, the perpetrator yelled for them to open the drawer and displayed a 4-5” kitchen knife. He had the cashier open the drawer, and then he reached in and grabbed an unknown quantity of money.

He was last scene exiting the store northbound and may have entered a dark colored four door sedan occupied by a male and female.

He was described as a white male, mid 30’s-early 40’s, wearing a black garbage bag over his head, tan khaki cargo shorts, 5’10” tall and 180-200 pounds. Wanted for questioning in this robbery is Paul A. Swartz, DOB 12/30/74. His picture is in this posting.

He should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone who comes across this individual is asked to contact the Orchard Park Police Dept. at 716-662-6444
