Study: White Fruits, Vegetables May Help Lower Stroke Risk

A new study by Dutch researchers suggests that eating plenty of white-fleshed fruits and vegetables such as apples and pears may help reduce the risk of stroke, according to a story on WebMD.com

The report says researchers looked at self-reported diet information from more than 20,000 people between 20-65, and conducted 10 years of follow-up research.
