Study: To Cut Belly Fat, Hit the Road Not the Weights

An eight-month study by researchers at Duke University Medical Center shows that jogging is superior to weight training when it comes to losing belly fat, according to a USA Today report.

Researchers found that aerobic exercise burned 67 percent more calories than resistance training.
