Study: Poor Sleep Could Increase Risk for High Blood Pressure

According to a USA Today story, a new study reports that those who sleep poorly may have a higher chance of developing high blood pressure.

The study showed that men with the lowest levels of deep sleep had an 80-percent higher chance of developing high blood pressure than men with high levels of deep sleep, according to the story.
