Study: Depression Tied to Increased Stroke Risk

A study published this week shows that people who suffer from depression are at greater risk of suffering a stroke, according to a story on USAToday.com.

According to the report, Harvard researchers found that depression was associated with a 45 percent increased risk for stroke after looking at 28 previous studies involving more than 300,000 people.
