WAS OCCURRING IN LOW SPOTS AROUND MCKEAN COUNTY. A LINE OF STORMS
IS BRINGING HEAVY RAIN TO THE REST OF THE ADVISORY AREA AS WELL.

* LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT
LIMITED TO...WARREN...SHEFFIELD...KANE...SMETHPORT...AND
COUDERSPORT.

THE FLOODING SHOULD BE CONFINED TO THE PLACES THAT NORMALLY SEE
WATER COVER INTERSECTIONS AND FILL SMALL STREAMS. WIDESPREAD
FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.

A LINE OF THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG TO SEVERE WIND
GUSTS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY TONIGHT. THE STORMS SHOULD BE
TO THE SOUTH OF THE AREA BY 10 OR 11 PM. ANY MINOR FLOODING WILL
SUBSIDE SHORTLY AFTER THE HEAVY RAIN ENDS.
