WYOMING COUNTY, NY (release) - New York State police in Warsaw conducted an underage drinking detail Friday evening. This detail consisted of having an underage person attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages at several locations which are authorized to sell these products off premise. Troopers checked 14 different businesses located on the eastern side of Wyoming County (listed below). Of the business locations checked, only the Kwik-Fill gas station located on N. Main Street in Warsaw sold to the underage buyer.
At this location State Police charged Ryan Miller, 31, of Warsaw with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a Minor. Miller will appear in the Village of Warsaw Court at a later date to answer these charges.

Pizza Shed on W. Main Street in Pike
Pike Red & White Market on Main Street in Pike
Cook’s Convenience Center on Cummings Ave. in Silver Springs
Silver Springs Liquor Store on Warsaw Blvd. in Silver Springs
Stellar Wine and Spirits on S. Main Street in Warsaw
Warsaw Arrow Mart on N. Main Street in Warsaw
Troopers will continue to periodically check premises where alcohol is sold to ensure compliance with applicable New York State Laws.
