LANCASTER, NY (WKBW) - New York State Police have arrested two young males and charged them with public lewdness after allegedly exposing themselves to a passing vehicle on Transit Road in Lancaster over the weekend.

Police say a woman approached an officer on patrol on Transit Road, claiming two men in a passing vehicle had exposed themselves to her and her 10-year-old daughter.

The trooper located the suspect vehicle in the Regal Cinema parking lot on Transit, and charged 27-year-old Edward Bartec of Niagara Falls and 22-year-old Charles Jacobs, Jr. of Sanborn with unlawfully dealing with a child and public lewdness.

Police also charged 22-year-old Jesse Schoelles of Sanborn after the trooper discovered two pipes containing marijuana residue and a baggie of mushrooms. Schoelles was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The three young men were issued appearance tickets for the Town of Lancaster Court.
