ORLEANS COUNTY, NY ( WKBW ) Sheriff's deputies tell Eyewitness News that a standoff ended peacefully in Orleans County Saturday night.

The apparent incident allegedly started after a domestic dispute between the suspect and his wife inside their home on Rich's Corners Road in the Town Of Albion.

The wife and two children were able to get out of the home safely.

The suspect however kept police at bay until approximately 2a.m. Sunday morning. That is when 33 year old Dustin McMullin reportedly walked out of his home and surrendered to police.

He was taken to E.C.M.C. to get checked out. He is facing several charges in the incident.
