South Dayton Man Arrested Following Altercation

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) - A South Dayton man was arrested for several crimes following a physical altercation.

Police say 45-year-old Kevin Anderson of South Dayton was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Assault, and Menacing by State Police in Jamestown.

Witnesses and victim accused Anderson of punching another South Dayton man in the face while holding him by the throat and choking him.T he victim pushed his way passed Anderson.

Anderson then threatened the victim with a metal pipe. The altercation occurred at Anderson's home after an argument over the use of some camping equipment.

Anderson will be appearing in Town of Cherry Creek court later this month.
