Sixteen-Foot Python Killed After Eating Deer

According to a story in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, a nearly 16-foot Burmese python was killed Thursday in the Everglades National Park after it had recently eaten a 76-pound deer.

According to the Sun-Sentinel story, the snake was discovered by a work crew on a tree island.
