It was a race against time as Robert and Janet Everson quickly made their way down the isle of Tops Friendly Market in Williamsville.

"I can't believe we got around the store in three minutes," Robert Everson said.

One hundred and eighty seconds is all it took to get everything from diapers, to meat products and even a patio set. It was all part of a shopping spree the couple won by using their Tops Bonus Card.

The savvy shopping didn't come without a plan.

"We came in her two times to double check where everything we wanted was. It did make things easier because we didn't miss any motion we knew what we were after," Everson said.

Janet Everson said it was all about the list.

"We mad a list and knew every isle," Janet Everson said.

The couple said they got pans for their summer cottage, even a half a dozen boxes of diapers for their one-year-old grandson. It all added up to more than $1,000.

"That's close to five weeks of shopping, that's awesome," Robert Everson said.

Community Relations Director for Tops Andy Brocato said the store wanted to show off their new look at the Williamsville location.

"We wanted to make sure our customers embraced the store and we felt it was important to give back to them in a different way," Brocato said.

After that shopping experience, the Eversons said they are customers for life.
