Shooting Overnight in Downtown Buffalo

Buffalo, NY (WKBW) Buffalo police continue to investigate an overnight shooting.

The incident happened in the 500 block of Pearl Street near Tupper just after 2a.m. Sunday morning.

It appears one individual was struck in the leg area and taken to ECMC. The injuries are believed to be serious.

The incident happened outside of 512 Pearl and the teenage male is in critical condition at ECMC.

Another violent incident happened early Sunday morning with a stabbing in the first block of Ross Street near Ontario Street.

The stabbing happened just after 8:15am.

Two males apparently were drinking together when one stabbed the other.

30 year old Stephen Klos of Buffalo was arrested and charged with assault.

The 40 year old male victim was taken to ECMC where he's listed in fair condition.
