Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - Emotions spilled into the street as the families of Sean Austin and Maurice Howie left the courthouse Tuesday morning.

Austin and Howie were both sentenced for a string of robberies, leading up to the robbery and murder of cab driver Mazen Abdallah in March of 2013.

Austin was sentenced to 60 years to life in prison. Howie will spend 35 years to life behind bars. Both were teens at the time of the murder.

After the sentencing, family members got into a brawl just outside of the courthouse. Several people were taken straight to city court, where they were processed.
