BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Buffalo Sabres GM Darcy Regier announced the organization has come to terms with forward Patrick Kaleta on a new, multi-year contract.
The Buffalo native's contract is a three-year deal, worth $3.825 million. Team cap hit and salary are $1.275 million each year.
Kaleta led the team in 2011-12 with 116 PIM and led all forwards with 139 hits. 63 games last season, Kaleta recorded 10 points.
The Sabres will hold a press conference today at the FNC to acknowledge the contract.
